Our coaching philosophy...

As coaches and competitive throwers, we will share our time, knowledge, and experience with all of our members from the raw beginner to the elite thrower. If you show up with an eagerness to learn, you will have our attention!

We do have three very important priorities: have fun, remain healthy, and throw as far as you can – and in that order!  The last thing we want to see is having individuals injure themselves and spend months recovering. Been there, done that and it is not fun at all.

Learning proper technique takes time and patience. Being strong is an asset, but in throwing events, “technique rules!” We never stop learning.
