Ultra Throw Youth Athletes Take on Canada's Best

The 2026 Legion Canadian Youth Track & Field Championships, held in Saskatchewan from August 7–9, brought together the country's top U16 and U18 athletes for one of Canada's premier youth competitions. With the nation's best throwers on the field, the level of competition was exceptional, and our Ultra Throw athletes represented themselves, their coaches, and our club with pride.
🥉 Bronze Medal for Sebastian Body
A special congratulations goes to Sebastian Body, who captured the bronze medal in the U18 Men's Hammer Throw with an impressive throw of 49.11 metres. Earning a place on the national podium is a tremendous achievement and a testament to Sebastian's hard work and dedication throughout the season.

National championships are about much more than medals. They provide young athletes with the opportunity to compete under pressure, learn from the country's best, and gain experience that will help shape their future performances.
We are incredibly proud of each athlete for earning the opportunity to compete at the national level and for representing Ultra Throw with determination, sportsmanship, and resilience.
