Each spring, Ultra Throw reviews the previous year’s performances of Canadian throwers aged 30 and up and recognizes athletes who have achieved these high standards of excellence. The full list of qualifying throwers will be published at ultrathrow.com.

Our Mission
It is the mission of the Ultra Throw Club to provide the opportunity and a positive environment for all to learn, practice and compete in all of the track and field throwing events.
We offer training and instruction in Hammer, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Weight and Super Weight. Try one, try two, or try them all!
