Ultra Throw Masters Athletics Club is proud to congratulate Ken Townsend (M81) on an outstanding performance at the Jack Brow Memorial Meet, held in Vernon, British Columbia, on June 27–28, 2026.

Competing across five throwing events, Ken demonstrated remarkable consistency, skill, and determination, earning a medal in every event he entered.

🥇 Javelin Throw Gold – 15.75 metres
🥈 Discus Throw Silver – 18.35 metres

Ken's impressive medal haul of three gold medals and two silver medals highlights not only his dedication to training but also his versatility across the full range of throwing disciplines. Competing successfully in five different events requires exceptional technique, preparation, and commitment—qualities Ken continues to demonstrate every time he steps into the competition arena.
