Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with coaches, Mohan Bains and Harnek Toor
Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with coach Dave McDonald

The Ultra Throw annual general meeting was held on September 20 at McLeod Athletic Park in Langley.
The meeting was held next to the shot put area and physical distance measures were in effect.
Congrats to the new 2020/21 executive who include the following:

Due to the pandemic, training has not reconvened for 2020, and start-up for 2021 was discussed. Practice is tentatively set to begin in March 2021 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m.
